Improve Your Application

Once the review of your application is complete, your dedicated LegalCitizen case manager will guide you through implementing recommendations and preparing your application for finalization. Keep in mind that everyone's situation is different, so this timeline may vary.

Submitting to USCIS

After you have your application, follow the simple LegalCitizen instructions. Sign the forms, attach passport photos (if required), pay the fees, and send your application to USCIS by mail.

Monitor the USCIS Process

While you are waiting for USCIS to process your application, we will be tracking the progress, and alerting you of any important milestones. If things are moving too slowly, we will connect you to resources to help get your application back on track. If USCIS requires more information, we will assist you in responding to any requests for evidence (RFE).
